Volunteer with The Friends of Valley Forge Park As a Friend of Valley Forge Park you can participate in a wide range of activities throughout the year. Join us to connect with like-minded people, and to make a vital contribution to this important icon of our nation’s history.
- Assist in preservation and support interpretation
- Sponsor re-enactors and special events
- Assist in artifact acquisition and preservation
- Organize trail restoration work days
- Conduct walking tours
- Participate in park watch
- Coordinate children’s activities
- Oversee a Speaker’s Bureau
- Sponsor and perform event photography
- Support and present programs on subjects such as Women in the Revolution, Patriots of African Descent, Native Americans and the Revolution and the Role of Foreign Powers in the War
- Support scholarships and research
