Revolutionary Run
presented by the
Valley Forge Visitors & Convention Bureau

Over 2,000 individuals are expected to participate in a challenging 5 mile run through scenic Valley Forge National Historical Park, a 3 mile walk (to and from the National Memorial Arch) or a 1.776 kilometer Young Patriots Fun Run for kids age 6–14. The Revolutionary Run is the largest one-day fundraising event benefitting Valley Forge National Historical Park. To date, net proceeds from the race total over $150,000 and benefit trail restoration and park-wide projects.

Volunteers are still needed to assist with the 8th Annual Valley Forge Revolutionary 5-Mile Run set-up. Please email if you can assist.

Youth Fun Run: Assist the Young Friends in coordinating the fun run for children ages 6–14. Tasks include organizing children at the start of the race, directing runners through the one mile course and distributing medals and awards at the finish line.

Friends Tent: Interact with runners prior to and after the race in the food and staging area located in the upper parking lot. Help us spread the word of the importance of supporting the Park and assist in enrolling race participants as new members.
